Blackknights welcomes UKRA07 to our annual rocket weekend!
Following on from the great success of the BK Flamer 06, we are pleased to announce that the next BK Flamer event is over the weekend of 14th and 15th July 2007 at our Milson flying site.

The weekend offers:
- Rockets from A-class to K-class
- Evening (Dusk) Flights
- Certification flights (UKRA Payment fee required for passes)
- Level 2 certification exam sessions
- Competitions
- On-site Rocket Vendors
- Camping
- On-site Toilets with washing facilities
Please Note:
This is a "K Class" site, with ceiling heights of....
6,000ft ceiling for single recovery
12,000ft ceiling for dual recovery
Launches to altitudes between 12,000ft and 25,000ft must be by prior arrangement only. We regret that vehicles that are likely to breach 12,000ft ceiling, which have not been arranged before the launch meeting will not be allowed to fly.
Because this is an active airstrip, you must comply with Milson traffic control and the RSO's. Currently no air traffic allowed to use the airstrip on Sundays between 2pm and 5pm, all other times by request. If fact last year there was just 1 aircraft taking off/landing. So we do have plenty of slots.
