    Obtaining Your COER3 "Explosives Certificate" By Sean Arrowsmith  

 

 

 


To get your COER 3 explosives certificate, you will require the application form COER1. This is obtained from the Explosives Liaison Officer of your Local Police Station or Constabulary Headquarters.

In Worcestershire, you will need to contact the Explosives Liaison Officer at:-

In Warwickshire, you will need to contact the Explosives Liaison Officer at:-

Leek  Wooton 
Warwick,
CV35   7QB.  

Once you receive your COER1 Application Form
Fill in parts A, B, & D.
You will need to state that it is for:-
Rocket Motors UN0349 and UN0351
Black Powder UN0027 and UN0028 for small ejection charges.

Send the completed form back, marked for the attention of the Explosives Liaison Officer.

No fee is payable for this licence.

Now get your Registered Store paperwork done.

The Explosives Liaison officer may wish to visit your home to inspect it and meet you.

If all goes well you should receive your COER 3 certificate within a few weeks.
