In order to purchase and use high power rocket (Aerotech, Cesaroni Technology Incorporated & Congreve) motors in the UK, or acquire Black Powder, you will require certain legal documentation.

This consists of three separate documents:-

Acquire and Keep Explosive Certificate

Registered Premises Storage Certificate

Recipient Competent Authority Transfer Document (RCA)

Once all 3 items have been acquired, then you can buy, store and transport your rockets motors. You will need to produce these documents when you are:-

a) Buying Rocket Motors and/or Black Powder from the vendors.
b) Transporting your Rocket Motors and/or Black Powder between your registered store and the launch site.
