This is a "K Class" site, with a theoretical ceiling of 7,500ft amsl Becuase of local aerial activity the club will impose a standard limit of 7,000ft agl, preferably with dual deployment, although we hope that we will be able to ask for higher altitudes, within reason, to higher levels, as required. Advance notice (>28 days) will be required if launches are expected to breach standard operating heights.
The site is mainly arable and sheep, but is relatively flat and with few trees. The site, currently, has no "facilities" - but that is being looked at. We are going to try and move the caravan over to the farm, or to a storage facility close by.
