Hi all,

When I turn up for this session I thought I had got the date wrong. I was late arriving because I first went up to the retail park in Tamworth to get an adaptor for my air compressor. Well I arrived but I could not see anyone. I went all the way down the track to the far side and still could not see anyone. It was only when I drove back I saw the club caravan moving up a field in the distance, so I headed over that way and found everyone already setting up in the top corner of the field.

I was not flying anything this session so there way no gear to off-load out the back of the car so I went and set up the range.

I then did the first stint of RSO'ing and we got a fine load of rockets off the pads. There was a brief shower so I got a cup of coffee from Alan and then handed over the RSO'ing to Mark. I took time over my coffee while chatting to Alan and Paul about future events like the forthcoming "Flamer" event.

There were a few more big rockets going up and lots of great models. I was enjoying myself quite a bit then Mark turned up and I had to take over RSO'ing again. I kept on til the end of the session and then just after we packed everything away it started to rain. So I went home....
